Play safely. Our games involve real, physical movement — swinging your arms, ducking, reaching, and turning. Make sure you have a clear, obstacle-free play area, stay aware of walls, furniture, people, and pets, and keep your guardian/boundary set up on your headset.
Health & safety
- Some people may experience motion sickness, dizziness, disorientation, eye strain, or fatigue in VR. If you feel unwell, stop and rest.
- Take regular breaks — at least a few minutes every 20–30 minutes.
- Do not play while tired, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you are sleep-deprived.
- Consult a doctor before playing if you are pregnant, elderly, have a heart condition, a history of seizures or epilepsy, or other medical conditions that physical activity could affect.
- Stop immediately if you experience chest pain, irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness, or injury.
- Adult supervision is recommended for younger players; follow your headset manufacturer's age guidance.

Our games (including fitness- and finance-themed titles such as Punch Rush and Budget Smash) are for entertainment only. Calorie estimates, "workout" framing, or money-themed content are not medical, fitness, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those decisions.
